The Rez Grill, which opened this past December, is the newest food and beverage concept on property. At the helm of the American grill is Creative Culinary Director, Frank Anderson, whose pedigree includes running the kitchens at James Beard-recognized, Los Angeles-based restaurants, Animal and Son of a Gun.
In celebration of Valentine’s Day, Chef Anderson has created a five-course prix-fixe tasting menu for $75 per person. Reservations begin at 5 p.m. and can be made by calling the restaurant at 813.627.8120.

Island creek oyster- Sesame ginger, apple, and cilantro
Pimento toast- Nduja, avocado, pea tendrils
Maryland crab cake- celery-apple slaw, remoulade, espelette
Beef tartare- caper, horseradish, parmesan
Heirloom tomato-cucumber salad- herb yogurt, red onion, crispy garlic
Caesar Salad- grilled baby gem, egg, country ham
Ribeye Cap- turnips, béarnaise, demi
Crispy snapper fillet- broccolini, grilled lemon
Chocolate Budino- dulce de leche, soft cream, chocolate soil
Lemon Curd- burnt meringue, blueberry puree, crumble
The Rez is also doing a complimentary glass of champagne to start and also a wine pairing. You can also supplement the Ribeye cap for Wagyu tenderloin for $50 extra.
